This was a big decision I made as part of a deep self healing, self discovery and self actualisation journey…
You see the first 40 years of my life I was pushing, stressing and striving to get ahead from a place of Fear …
I didn’t think I was Good Enough so I constantly tried to prove myself and validate my worth through financial success & achievements … because this is how we are programmed!
Now I prioritise my Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual health … I’m on a never ending Journey of Self Actualisation and transforming my Inside World to reflect what I desire in my Outside World … And it’s working …
I am also living my Passion and Purpose which is helping others Actualise themselves , transform their Inside World so they can have a great Impact in their Outside World …
