How to practice “Intuitive Writing”
We all know that Journalling is great for Mental Health and Mind Releasing yet 99% of people Journal from the Analytical Mind
What happens is we end up writing down a lot of To Do’s , Plans , Ideas all from the Analytical Mind
Problem with this is most of our thoughts are Fear based and lies !
Intuitive writing is when you write from your Heart (Intuition) and not your head …
You need to calm your mind first and truly drop out of your head and into your heart… Then when Intuition starts talking, write down what’s coming through … as soon as you notice the Mind taking over stop and go back into Mediation/ Silence state …
Then repeat until you truly identify between Heart and Mind
