Stop!!! Pushing Yourself So Hard!

Why do we push ourselves so hard?

We are constantly bombarded by marketers and messaging that makes us compare ourselves to others and feel like we are not good enough, we should do more, hustle more, push hard and harder …

That was me for over 20 years in Corporate, Business and Life, trying to keep up with Society, trying to out perform others, out work them , stay ahead of the competition…

(It was a form of punishment on myself due to my unaware low self esteem and unworthiness)

There is no harm in working hard as long as its in line with who you are and NOT a constant punishment on yourself due to not feeling good enough…

The biggest wake up call I had actually lead me on a healing journey of my mind and body and helped me understand that I can achieve so much more in life by doing less…

I encourage you all to Do Less, Stop Pushing (Punishing yourself) , heal your past, release the negative beliefs, programming and emotions that is causing you to not feel good enough
